Loved the book but I thought both copies were to be autographed

Damaged due to poor packing. While initially had quick response from company, once the fulfillment officer became involved, the commitment to quality customer service went out the window with a response lacking proper information and then over a week for clarification (and that was at my following up not the company so who knows if I would have gotten a response.) Nice covers but pricey considering the lack of proper care when shipping is done.

We truly understand your frustration and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Your message came through during New York Comic Con, our busiest event of the year, where our entire team is fully engaged on-site, which can sometimes lead to brief delays in our communication.

Regarding your order, we noticed that out of the six books purchased, this was the only one reported with damage. As fellow collectors, we take great care in packaging our items to ensure safe delivery, but occasionally, damage can still occur.

We did offer to replace the damaged book and outlined the steps to facilitate this process. As mentioned in our previous communication, we are fully prepared to replace the book for you in line with our policy. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions—we’re here to help and make this right.
