This poster features the character Edith - Captain of the ship, Temerity. “This started out as a personal project for the university class I teach in Utah, to study a traditional artist, learn their method and incorporate it into an original creation. I selected Drew Struzan for inspiration, working in some of my art style. While my best known works are typically Harley Quinn, it was this original concept of Edith that blew up my Instagram when I first shared it.” - Chad Hardin
About the Artist:
Chad Hardin grew up in the desert of Las Vegas, Nevada. His earliest work was the animation of video games, including God of War’ and ‘Destroy All Humans’. Today, he is best recognized as an illustrator of ‘Harley Quinn’ in the hit DC Comics series, and creator of ‘Death Watch’ with Artist Elite.
