About Redwall:
Produced by Canadian studio Nelvana, in collaboration with Alphanim of France (season 1) and TV-Loonland AG of Germany (season 2-3), the animated television show "Redwall" is based on the eponymous novels of author Brian Jacques. Set in a medieval period, the story follows the escapades of animal protagonists, chiefly Matthias the mouse, as they battle against villains and swords. Season two, Mattimeo, focuses on Matthias' son in the lead role.
About the Creation:
This poster for Redwall Season 2 was released in North America. It was inspired by the cinematic poster for Titanic (1998) and the composition of Drew Struzan. I used various elements and layers, and I drew on Struzan's movie poster for ‘Hook’ for the map concept. – Steven Ahola

Steven Ahola's wild résumé is truly something to behold! Born in 1975 in Canada, this animator, illustrator, author, and director has certainly made a name for himself. From Beauty and the Beast, 7 Little Monsters, and Babar to Corduroy, Franklin, Little Bear, Ned's Newt, Red Wall, Rescue Heroes, and Tales From the Cryptkeeper, he knows no limits when it comes to storytelling.
